short-list, offer & on-boarding

Once a short-list of candidates is defined, you won't just get a resume.  You will receive a written overview assessing each candidate's strengths, weaknesses, motivations, concerns, and compensation expectations.  Then we work to ensure that candidate interviews are scheduled with you quickly and efficiently.

As the field narrows and you move toward identifying a finalist candidate, we assist in developing a compelling offer.  We take the lead in negotiations, so that all parties are on the same page when the time comes for the official offer.  Having us act as the "middle man" often takes the sting out of the more unpleasant aspects of this process.  We stay in close contact with the finalist during the resignation process and work diligently to ensure that counter offers are not an issue.  We remain in contact with you and the successful candidate to ensure a smooth transition.
